Ultimate Energy Flow: Yoga & Reiki Class

The holidays are coming, which means stressful days are looming for some or all of us!  You know you deserve a chance to ground and protect yourself beforehand.

Join Melissa with Worthy Changes and Myka from Myka Yoga for a gentle & restorative EMYoga®️ practice session while receiving Reiki from Melissa.  Be placed in gentle positions by Myka to assist with the ultimate release of any stuck energy bogging down your chakras.  As you personally work on releasing in these positions, Melissa will go around and provide Reiki to each participant based on which chakra being worked on requires an ultimate energetic flush out!   Melissa will intuitively work her way around the room for every single participant.

We ask that you bring a yoga mat and bottled water.  If you do not have a mat, not a problem.  We do have several to loan out that day.  An open mind on releasing and moving forward is also beneficial to your results from this class.
