Summer Solstice Kick-off!

Most see the summer solstice only as the beginning of summer.  However, this is really the pinnacle and biggest moment to let in all that the summer energy has to offer.  Take this opportunity to shake off all of the negativity and come in for your summer tune-up to nourish the light within you.

The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment, which is what the Sun gives us. Summer reminds us that there is hope in the world, that the light within can spread to the far reaches of the globe and inspire others. We can nurture others, just as the Sun nurtures us. Summer becomes a time to work on ourselves and our ability to be the light and find meaning in our own journey, even when it seems uncertain. This is the rhythm of nature; new beginnings transition into a period of uncertainty. Big shifts also cause old energies to surface. Summer is the time to develop faith in our life, squash the darkness with light, and trust that just like the Sun, we will rise each day no matter what life brings us.

Join Yoga with Nicola in a specially selected set of yoga moves on the roof top at Worthy Changes. We will start promptly at 6:21, so please do not be late.  Bring your yoga mat and water.  This 2 hour event also includes a refreshing summery snack in your own mason jar to take home along with a carefully selected cup of tea and a longer than usual sound/gong bath healing session.  Take home a small bag filled with crystal treats and a biodegradable slip of paper to write down what you wish to release and plant in your yard when you get home.
