About the Event
It is time to take your self-care game to the next level without spending tons of money to do so! This event will ensure that your body gets all that it needs along with releasing all that it needs in your personalized one-to-one sessions.
First, you will join Myka with Mykayoga for a 30 minute one-to-one stretch and energy moving yoga session personalized to your body's needs. When that portion of your session is finished and your muscles are all warmed up, you will spend the next 30 minutes receiving a relaxing massage from Jenny Lauretano, LMT. Now that you are in a relaxed state, you will receive the power of Reiki Healing energy provided by Melissa from Worthy Changes in order to help you with releasing any pent up emotions that are manifesting in your physical body for 30 minutes. Lastly, cap your day off with a 30 minute guided meditation provided by Ryan Jones of Alchemic Ascension Hypnosis.

Please check your email inbox/spam folder for intake forms. Bring those intake forms to your session on April 28th.
Participants should also bring water, a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing to their session. We look forward to assisting you in a wrap-around approach in healing work!
