Soul Sister Sunday Mini Retreat April

Start out this mini retreat with a small lunch provided by Worthy Changes that will include a boxed lunch from Panera Bread.  Let us know your food choice on your ticket order.

Next, we will spend time in a short meditation with Melissa including a short gong bath.  While you sip on a detoxifying tea and/or coffee, participants will journal to assist in an energetic shift/release.  Journal prompts will be provided.  

We will then move onto a mini gallery angel/spirit reading session with Melissa.  Each participant will receive a reading during this time with messages annotated on a small card for you to take home.  Come hear what the universe would like you to know to move past any blocks and accept changes into your life.

Following the readings, each participant will be able to create their own crystal beaded bracelet to complement aspects from their reading in order to harbor any healing and forward movement in their lives.

At around 3:30 Melissa will guide you through a releasing/letting go/manifesting ceremony using biodegradable paper.  We will use this time to work through what may be holding us back from our fullfillment of our desires and use nature to assist us with moving forward on each of our 2023 journies.

End the retreat with another short meditation and gong bath run by Melissa to seal off the day and make way for new chapters in our lives.
