Sassy AF Self-Care Class #1

Self-care is for all of us—it's for the stressed-out queens, the women who are doing it all and just need a minute for themselves.  No need to spend a ton on a massage, expensive trips or sauna experience.  Come to this event and explore just how easy self-care truly can be with a little sass and laughter.

This class is for women looking to celebrate their badass selves and quiet that a$*hole in your head—take the time to give your mental health some TLC this day.  You may experience feeling all the feels in this class because emotional intelligence feels great (even when you feel bad and take care of your #1: YOU!).

This class will get you to stand up and declare, "I am radiant and I deserve some f*cking self-care!"  So what are you waiting for?  Yes, we will be swearing in this class.  Sometimes a good swear just feels SO GOOD!   This will be class #1 of a series to practice taking time outs for us!  Even if you think you have been feeling good lately, there will be something to learn from this fun night for all.  Classes #1-2 will be all online, so no excuse in getting your butt to take a time out.  Classes #3 -4 will be both in person and online.  Feel free to bring your favorite beverage, snack and friend to share in the events for classes 3-4.

You will need paper and something to write with for classes 1-2.  For classes 3-4 I will provide all materials needed.  You will leave this class with the tools to do these activities on your own.  Each session we will add more to our self-care practice while changing our thinking and doing something new!
