Reiki Level 1 Certification-March 2024

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety through gentle touch or a hands-off method. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Reiki level 1 explores the history and foundational information needed to start your spiritual journey and help yourself harness/use the healing energy that we all have within us. This class is the main foundation for catapulting you further into this modality of energy work to learn to use on others that is learned in Reiki Level II.

Learn to use this energy on yourself first to grow and expand on shining your own light before expanding and deepening your understanding in Level II.  Level I pracitioners may only practice Reiki on themselves and pets once all attunements have been received and all learning is completed.  Level II practitioners may practice on others and hold their own business.

A 30 minute BYO lunch break is part of the class schedule and there are many options in the area if you would like to purchase something. Nothing else to bring but an open mind and any snacks you may wish to have.  Tea and coffee will be provided as well. You will receive a manual and a certificate at the end of the class.
