Reiki level 1 explores the history and foundational information needed to start your spiritual journey. This class is the main foundation for sparking you further into this modality of energy work.
Learn to use this energy on yourself to grow and expand on shining your own light before expanding into Level II.
A 30 minute BYO lunch break is part of the class schedule. Nothing else to bring but an open mind and snacks.
