Meditation & Beer

Bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket and join Melissa in a beginner's mindfulness meditation!  Let Melissa guide you in quieting your mind and just letting go!  No specific skill level needed.  Every participant will also each receive 5 minutes of angel messages by Melissa.  Here what your guides want you to know!  When we are done, trade in your token for a delicious beer while in the brewery!  Grab a friend or two and make this a friend's day out!  Remember, any time is a good time to meditate.  Can't wait to see you there!  Cheers!
