Meditation can give you a sense of calm and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something more calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered.
What is tapping? Tapping helps you access your body's energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. Researchers claim that stimulating the meridian points through tapping can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.
Allow Melissa to be your guide for this meditation. Talking you through every step and incorporating the tapping method to allow our bodies to completely let go and release. In this session we will work on our feelings of overwhelm and stress. Start your week out feeling less anxious and stressed about walking into that office space.
