Candles, Cocktails & Bracelets DIY

Shopping for and finding Mother's day gifts can be overwhelming.  Take the stress out of finding the perfect gift and create one yourself!

At this event we will have plenty to keep us busy and feeling crafty.  We will start by creating our very own 4oz soy candles.  Participants will take a moment to select which essential oils they wish to place in their candles to give them a lovely, unique and fresh scent.  While the candles take time to set, participants will be able to create their very own handmade bracelets using carefully selected crystals that align with the moon phase of the birthday for whom the bracelet is being made.  A variety of charms will also be available to be placed on the bracelet should you wish to add one.  As you wrap up the bracelet making portion, participants will return to finishing their candles.  Participants may select from a variety of glitters, dried flowers and crystals to be adorned within and on top of each candle they make.  

Each participant will receive 1 free drink along with a small bag to place their handmade items into.  Should participants wish to make a second full giftset, the price will be reduced to $25 and is payable at the event.  For participants wishing to create an extra candle or an extra bracelet only, the price will be $10 each and is also payable at the event.  See Melissa at the event for more details.

These giftsets can also be made for a teacher, yourself, or another loved one.

This is also a fundraiser event for the Rocky Hill VFW.  A portion of this event's proceeds will be donated directly to the post.
